Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Refunds
General Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date are eligible for a full refund.
Short Notice: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled safari will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Weather & Safety: If a trip must be cancelled by us due to extreme weather conditions or sudden park closures by authorities, guests will be offered an alternative date or a 100% refund.
